Spice Pinnacle FHD Android phone launched in India for Rs 16,990

Spice on Thursday, July 11th has launched their new smartphone – the Spice Pinnacle FHD. The device features a Full HD display, quad-core processor and will be available in the Indian market for Rs 16,990. The handset is now up for pre-orders on Saholic with delivery expected to begin from July 20th. The handset is also expected to hit retail store shelves on the same day.

Spice Pinnacle HD

Spice Pinnacle FHD features a 5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) TFT LCD Display. The handset is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM ideal for multi-tasking and gaming. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean mobile OS and comes pre-loaded with Netqin Antivirus, SRS, Humgama Play and Spice Cloud. Pinnacle HD comes with 8GB of storage onboard along with a microSD slot for extra storage of up to 32GB.

As of the camera, the Spice Pinnacle FHD features an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with dual-LED. It also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chats. The handset also has WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS, microUSB, dual-SIM and 3G. It is equipped with a 2,100 mAh battery.

The specs of Pinnacle FHD are similar to the newly launched Xolo Play T1000 smartphone and Micromax Canvas 4 A210, and is also available in the same price range.
