HTC has started rolling out the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for their Incredible S smartphone. The update is available globally for the GSM version and you can get it over-the-air. After upgrading your phone will run Android 4.0.4 along with HTC Sense 3.6.

The update measures around 250MB in size, so it is recommended you get it while connected to a WiFi connection. If you haven’t got the update you can always check for it manually under the Settings menu.

HTC released the ICS update for their EVO 3D last week, which weighs around 300MB and upgrades the phone to Android 4.0.3 along with HTC Sense 3.6.
