It has been reported that Verizon is now rolling out the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for Motorola DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX. Android Community confirms that Verizon announced the availability of the update from June 22nd for the entire DROID RAZR family.

We also reported previously that Verizon is sending out text to users that they will receive the ICS update for their DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX smartphone soon and now it is available. Users will receive a notification for this over-the-air update, if you don’t want to wait for the notification you can always check for the update manually by going into the settings menu.
