TELUS Mobility has revised their upgrade schedule on Thursday, June 14th for the various devices on their network. The earliest and the most anticipated upgrade is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for Sony Xperia ray and the Samsung Galaxy Note.

TELUS is expecting to release the Android 4.0 update for Sony Xperia ray on June 20th, while for Samsung Galaxy Note it is expected to roll-out on July 13th. Update for Galaxy Note will also include the Premium Suite with it. Along with these upgrades there is also an update for LG Optimus 7 Windows Phone that is expected to release on June 20th and Nokia Lumia 800 expected on July 13th.

The actual schedule of the upgrades is as follows:

Android:

• HTC Desire HD – July 25th
• LG Optimus LTE – Mid July
• Sony Xperia ray – June 20th
• Samsung Galaxy Note – July 13th
• Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 – Late July
• Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 – August

RIM:

• BlackBerry Bold 9790 – July 11th

Windows Phone:

• LG Optimus 7 – June 20th
• Nokia Lumia 800 – July 13th
