HTC first dual-sim phone HTC Desire V unveiled

HTC launched their first dual-sim smartphone Desire V. As its a dual sim, the phone supports GSM/GPRS and HSPA. Desire V is specifically designed for the European audience.

HTC Desire V sports a 4-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and is a little larger than HTC One V. Desire V runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile OS with HTC Sense 4.0 and is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm processor. It also has a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash. But the sad part is it does not have any front camera.

HTC Desire V comes with 4 GB internal storage, 512 MB RAM and a microSD slot is also there for memory extension, and 25GB of cloud storage on DropBox. It also features WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB, GPS/AGPS and 3.5 mm audio jack. The phone measures 118.5 × 62.3 × 9.3 mm and weighs 114 grams.

HTC Desire V will hit the European market next month. It has made its debut in Ukraine for 3,800 ??? (~ $470), however, it is expected to be available for Indian market by next month.
