We heard earlier that Nokia 808 PureView will be launched in India and Russia in the month of May but was delayed. Nokia India started a countdown as a teaser that has also come to an end and still what we see is another teaser but no details on the availability of the phone in India.

When the countdown ended on NokiaPureView.in, the website went down for maintenance for more than 10 hours and when it was up, what we saw is another teaser with “Stolen” mentioned on top of the page. Did somebody stole Nokia 808 PureView from Nokia? Well, we don’t have any idea what this teaser is all about.

The Nokia PureView website says that the smartphone has been stolen, there have been three suspects and seven cryptic pictures to solve the mystery. The webpage also says to the visitors:

Help us find these crooks and uncover their motives behind this theft. You could be rewarded with exciting goodies like Nokia Purity HD Stereo Headsets by Monster, Nokia Play 360 Wireless Speakers and the Nokia 808 PureView.
