Acer Iconia W510

Acer has announced two of their Windows 8 tablets that will be launched in the third quarter of this year, around the time when Microsoft will officially launch Windows 8. The two tablets Acer announced are Iconia W510 and Iconia W700.

Iconia W510 sports a 10.1-inch IPS HD display and will be launched at a price of $799. Acer offers a detachable keyboard dock for the tablet with a built-in battery. While connected to the keyboard dock, the tablet can give battery life of up to 18 hours. The dock can also work as a stand, it can be rotated to 295 degrees so that it can be used for presentations, watching videos and more.

Iconia W700 has a 11.6-inch full HD display with Dolby audio. It comes with a multipurpose cradle that gives you several viewing options, but unlike W510 it does not come with a keyboard dock, though you can attach via USB. The tablets also has 3 USB 3.0 ports and microHDMI. Iconia W700 will be priced for $999 at the time of launch.
