The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update is now available for HTC Sensation, Sensation XE and Sensation XL on Vodafone Australia network and is available over-the-air. Updating the firmware on Vodafone 3G will not cost you any data from your monthly allowance. You can also get the update by connecting your phone to WiFi.

Vodafone also confirmed in a blog post today that HTC Evo 3D and Desire HD will get the taste of Ice Cream Sandwich in June/July. The blog post also confirmed that some of the HTC handsets like Explorer and Legend will not be receiving the update due to incompatible hardware, though they will get updates for software enhancements and security fixes.
