Users of Samsung Galaxy S II on Orange and T-Mobile in UK have been waiting for the Ice Cream Sandwich update for so long. But their waiting has come to an end. They can now update their Galaxy S II to the latest version of Android mobile OS via Samsung Kies.

The tweet from @SamKiesUpdate today reported the roll-out of ICS update for Galaxy S II on T-Mobile UK. Another tweet from @SamKiesUpdate on April 20th reported the roll-out of ICS Update for Galaxy S II on Orange UK. The Baseband for both the Orange and T-Mobile updates is same – I9100BVLPB.

To update your Galaxy S II to Ice Cream Sandwich, connect your phone to a PC and click “Firmware upgrade” option in Samsung Kies.

The roll-out of Ice Cream Sandwich is now complete in UK. It has been rolled out starting with Three, followed by O2, unlocked Galaxy S II, Orange and lastly T-Mobile.
