Samsung Galaxy S III reportedly just 7mm thick, to be launched in May

Samsung Galaxy S III just 7 millimeters thickSamsung’s upcoming smartphone Galaxy S III will be one of the thinnest smartphones in the world as claimed by the unknown sources, cited first in South Korea’s Electronic Times News. It is claimed that the phone will be only 7-millimeters thick while the current Galaxy S II is 8.49-millimeters in thickness.

It is also reported that the phone will feature an 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera, Super AMOLED Plus HD display, 4G LTE, 2GB of RAM and will be powered by a quad-core processor running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile operating system.

Electronic Times News also claims that the phone will be launched in May while earlier reports claimed an early April launch.
